- Use inclusive language and avoid stereotypes or generalizations
- Respect others' pronouns and identities
- Protect your own privacy and respect others' privacy boundaries
- Do not share others' personal information without explicit permission
- Report any concerning behavior or safety issues to our moderation team
- Be mindful of the information you share about yourself
- Communicate clearly and directly
- Be patient and understanding in your interactions
- Provide constructive feedback rather than criticism
- Respect others' communication preferences and styles
- Take breaks when needed and respect when others need to do the same
- Honor your commitments to skill exchanges and projects
- Communicate proactively if you need to adjust your involvement
- Offer support and encouragement to fellow community members
- Share knowledge and resources generously
- Acknowledge and appreciate others' contributions
Prohibited Behaviors
Harassment or Bullying
Any form of harassment, bullying, or intimidation.
Discrimination
Discrimination based on neurodivergence, disability, race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other personal characteristic.
Hate Speech
Language that demeans, degrades, or promotes hatred against any group or individual.
Spam or Solicitation
Unsolicited advertising, marketing, or promotion of products or services.
Misinformation
Deliberately sharing false or misleading information.
Illegal Activities
Promotion of or engagement in any illegal activities.
Privacy Violations
Sharing others' personal information without consent.
Impersonation
Pretending to be someone else or creating multiple accounts.
Moderation & Enforcement
Our moderation team works to ensure these guidelines are followed:
1. Reporting
If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, please use the reporting feature.
2. Review Process
Our team will review all reports promptly and fairly.
3. Graduated Response
Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, responses may include:
- Educational outreach
- Warnings
- Temporary restrictions
- Account suspension
- Permanent removal from the platform
4. Appeals
If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you can appeal through our contact form.
